Welcome to the start of a new day
All across America families are feeling the effects of our current economic state. Unfortunately many of those feeling the effects most are young children. That's why SoCal HeARTS has teamed with The High Desert Foster Families Association of North America to throw a holiday party for many of these children in the Los Angeles area. This evening of fun, food and gifts will be a welcome escape from the everyday struggles many of these children are facing. We have already secured transportation to and from the event for the children and are currently in the process of locking down a venue and confirming a catering service for the event. What we need to make this night one the children will remember for years to come is Gift Donations, so we can ensure that each child has gifts to open at the party. Our hope is that each child will unwrap something they really need AND something they really want!
Our Mission
SoCal HeARTs creates a positive, fun, caring, and supportive environment for foster children. Through positive role models and consistent personal connection, we encourage healthy lifestyles and help them identify their own self worth with activities that support their interests and instill new passions and goals for the future.
